Well worth the wait.....

I finished painting the edges in the hallway just after our rain cleared through at around 11:15am. Chuck the gear in the car and 10 mins to the lake.

Apparently it was quite up and down, depending on the cloud situation. Some picked less than 5m which seemed optimistic. I plumped for the 5-2.

At first it was fab. Just the right angle for the best jumps on port. Some guy had pro video camera on the shoreline.

I was doing some descent jumps and gybes. The little board felt just great. You had to gybe early as the edges of the lake were very shadowy today. Dave Tiff managed 37.? MPH and took over the king of the lake again. Mike was out on his 94 slalom, not sure if he beat that.

The wind had gone by 2:30. I quit just at the right time.
